Dark Slope, Toronto’s premier virtual production and creative studio, famously known as the home of international phenomenon Heated Rivalry, today announces that seven exceptional digital creators have been confirmed as partners for the Dark Slope Creator Studio Challenge, the signature initiative that opens Dark Slope’s state-of-the-art facilities and team expertise to innovative storytellers from across digital communities.

These creators include:

Priyanka is an award-winning global pop artist and winner of the inaugural season of Canada’s Drag Race. With over 30 million streams and sold-out international tours, she is entering a bold new era with new music launching in 2026.

Donté Colley is a multidisciplinary artist who gained recognition appearing in Ariana Grande’s MONOPOLY video and whose work intersects dance, performance, and experiential storytelling. Using movement as a connective language, he creates experiences that bridge physical and digital space while centering human presence and connection.

"Max Farber” (Farbsy) is a Content Creator best known for painfully relatable sketches about customer service, working from home, and all the thoughts you definitely shouldn't say out loud at your job. He's built a loyal following by turning everyday annoyances and workplace chaos into the kind of jokes you laugh at, then immediately send to your favourite co-worker."

Balloon House Media is an Emmy-nominated kids’ production company led by creator and performer Kimberly Persona. The studio is best known for Miss Persona, a globally successful preschool series with over 100 episodes, millions of views worldwide, and multiple Canadian Screen Award and Daytime Emmy nominations.

Anne Vranic is a Toronto-based history communicator who brings hidden stories of buildings, places, and forgotten spaces to life through immersive digital storytelling. Her work has been featured on History Channel Canada, CBC, Global News, and in collaborations with organizations including the Art Gallery of Ontario and the Royal Ontario Museum.

Michaela Coleman is a Toronto-based creator and director whose work blends cinematic storytelling with imaginative, otherworldly concepts. With experience spanning from branded narrative to short-form fiction, her work focuses on character-driven stories and immersive visual worlds.

Mini Pop Kids is Canada’s #1 kids’ music brand and the original family-friendly pop group for young audiences. With over 100 million streams, more than a billion YouTube views, and decades of sold-out tours, the group continues to introduce new generations to today’s biggest pop hits.

Each selected creator receives in-kind support, including access to Dark Slope’s LED volume, soundstage, virtual production crew, and digital art and VFX teams. Enabling a collaborative R&D process focused on developing new concepts and building original content in partnership with participating creators.

“This is an excellent incubation process,” said Atoosa Mohajer, Dark Slope. “We’re over the moon by the caliber of these creators, the creativity and loyalty from their audiences is exactly the type of partnership we’re looking for to take full advantage of our facilities and team expertise.”

Dark Slope’s Creator Studio Challenge uniquely bridges the gap between digital creators and professional production resources, reflecting the studio’s ability to support a wide spectrum of projects, from emerging creators and experimental formats to large-scale, premium television and film productions. With expansive soundstage infrastructure, advanced virtual production capabilities, and an experienced in-house team, the program gives participants the opportunity to elevate their content and explore ambitious, format-driven storytelling with the same level of creative and technical support trusted by high-end productions.
